  • I love these podcasts

Seriously…most of us don’t have the time to sit through hour long podcasts. I personally don’t retain much with a long podcast. I love that these are very to the point and under 15 minutes. When they say no fluff…they mean NO fluff.

I highly recommend these for everyone. For me, they get me through between appointments with my therapist and give me some reassurance when I need it.
