WTAR South always has a bunch of crazy things going on and Katie is amazing at telling their stories. Some are funny, some are heart-wrenching, all are important.
I love love love this podcast - we’ve been volunteering with WTAR for six years, and sometimes the stories can feel so heartbreaking … until you realize the massive effort to save the ones who need us most. Katie does a great job being raw and real while also showing what we can accomplish through love and hard work. Her stories make me cry first, laugh always, and leave me feeling hopeful and inspired.
I’ve fostered with WTAR since 2020 and have seen Katie’s post and stories through the years. I am loving hearing her tell the stories and giving background about each transports in her own words and listen weekly
I truly believe that if more people up north better understood the dog conditions down south we'd have a lot less breeding up here. Katie does an amazing job of telling you about these horrible conditions while still being able to make you laugh. I absolutely love her podcast and can't wait to hear more stories. I've got my fingers crossed for hearing Articuno/Lexies story and surrogate Mama Cecina story.
