  • Less enjoyable

I have listened to you guys for about 10 years, I don’t know what’s happened recently but in combination of the never ending Ads and shorter episodes, there also seems to have gotten sloppy and I keep thinking I have heard things before even when I listen to a new episode, I love you guys and hope that the podcast gets a bit more light be in the editing room

  • Too many ads and bad cuts

EPS are now like 12 mins long even though total run time is 24-30 mins. I like the custom ads but they’re too long and there are too many. Also there’s a lot of unfinished stories, repeats or sloppily cut audio which is really a turn off.

1487 - Rebuilding a Relationship with a Dad, Speaking Up at Work, and Parenting Guilt
Q: What steps can Joshua take to rebuild a relationship with his father without reliving old hurts?
The intention is to set realistic boundaries, acknowledge past pain, and communicate that the relationship can exist in a limited, healthier form rather than returning to a futile hero-wan relationship; progress should be gradual with clear, honest conversations about feelings.
1480 - Mixed Identity, New‑Parent Anxiety, and Emotional Boundaries at Work

Q: Did you have a plan in place for running again before you decided not to?
He indicates there were initial considerations and ideas, but ultimately the discussion with family led to the realization that it could cause harm to loved ones and that focusing on issues like crime, housing, and affordability was more responsible.
1465 - We chat with the cast of LAW & ORDER TORONTO, Stephan James talks War Machine, and B.C.’s BIG time change!
Q: What was the prep process like for War Machine?

Q: How do you go to family functions and avoid fights while keeping things civil?
The hosts propose speaking in a calm, neutral moment, clearly setting boundaries about not letting small conflicts escalate, and prioritizing the parents' well-being by avoiding public scenes, while acknowledging it may upset the other person but maintaining consistency.
