  • Fantastic podcast

Really great podcast. The host is really supportive but probing with his guest.

I feel there might be some vetting needed for some of these experiences. The host tries not to be judgmental but the benefit of these accounts is to provide some peace and comfort to the listeners, but when a guest is completely unbelievable it’s hard to believe these accounts in general. People elaborate, makes conclusions not fully warranted or simply lie.

Another thing worth mentioning. The host has a concern ... more

  • I know I’ll always enjoy the episodes

Whenever I see a new episode is available I breathe a sigh of relief because I can trust it will be worth listening to. I’ve listened to so many NDEs that new ones that resonate aren’t always easy to come by, but this show is a trusty go-to. And I like Eric’s warm yet frank nature. I’ve never heard someone balance the two quite like he does. Thank you for all the hard work to Eric and family for always providing us with quality episodes time and time again.

  • For the most part very good

Eric - I followed your podcast for a couple of years now. I’ve always admired your interviewing style and your ability to synthesize the persons experience. I was so disappointed to have a loud jarring ad in the middle of your latest episode. I certainly understand the need to monetize, but perhaps an ad in the beginning and at the end, if that’s possible.

Also, I really did like the last episode with the man from Canada. He’s so well spoken. But several of your guests have veered into religious... more

  • I used to love this podcast

The last podcast I listened to had a cheesy intro that I hated. Just why? That was the last straw. It was better with just the intro music, no preview at all. Also, uncomfortable with how the host sometimes cuts the speaker short when they veer off topic slightly, when I was interested in hearing more of what they had to say. The ads make it worse though I understand he needs a source of revenue. The latest podcasts have gotten boring, even though the topic is interesting. I wish he would just d... more

"I Looked Into My Own Eyes" - Michael's NDE
Q: What's most impactful about the life review and the lessons you felt there?
The life review showed me the consequences of actions on others; it emphasized that how you treat people is crucial, and that witnessing others' responses is a powerful catalyst for empathy and change.
"I Looked Into My Own Eyes" - Michael's NDE
Q: You mentioned you've died eight times; how did you first realize there was a pattern to these experiences?
I realized the experiences followed a sequence—out-of-body travel, a blue-tinged void, a life review, and then a defibrillator-like shock that jerked me back into my body—though not every death woke me fully.
"I Looked Into My Own Eyes" - Michael's NDE
Q: Before we jump into your experiences, what's your quick background?
I'm 60, a graphic designer for a magazine publisher, and I've always felt there was more beyond what we're told, which drew me toward the NDE material.
Atheist Sits In God's Lap - Riley's NDE (Near Death Experience)
Q: Can you explain the role of your new name and why you changed it to Riley?

Atheist Sits In God's Lap - Riley's NDE (Near Death Experience)
Q: What does it mean that there are layers of heaven and earth, and how does that shape your understanding of afterlife?
Riley explains that heaven and hell have multiple layers or dimensions, with interactions happening beyond normal senses, including telepathy and non-linear experiences that redefine how existence persists after death.
