This book is so amazing. No, amazing isn’t the right word. It affects me so much. I feel like I can relate to Rilla so much, even though I am only 12. I can relate to Rilla’s calling herself 15 even though she isn’t quite yet at the beginning, because technically Im actually not yet 12, Im just really close. This is my favorite book in the Anne series! My son and I love listening to this book and Rainbow Valley on our road trips. The reading nice and clear (which isn’t always the case).
