  • Incredible

Correction on the lates episode….WAS an elder. I am so thankful for the men and women I have connected with through this podcast. I hear Jason’s “come on,” as I continue to experience union, and I hear Tommy’s wisdom as I dive deeper into the true identity of who we are, and I hear Damon breathing between the thoughts of just how Good God is. Thank you for being awakened and helping to awaken the world to the Christ in us.

James E. Alderman & Larry Hudson / The “Gospel” I Grew Up On
Q: How has this shift affected your pastoral work and daily life?
They discuss moving away from aiming to 'convert' people to a posture of inviting and loving, trusting the Spirit to work, and viewing healing and wholeness as outcomes of living out the gospel of love.
James E. Alderman & Larry Hudson / The “Gospel” I Grew Up On
Q: Share a bit about your background and how you came to this understanding of God.
James and Larry describe their journeys through traditional church settings, their exposure to Wild at Heart, and the moment they realized God is love and their Father is always good, which set them on a path toward union theology.
Katherine Gantlett / Walking Through Winter
Q: What's the point?
The point is relationship and growing in our true God-given identity, a pathway to encounter with the Trinity rather than a distant obligation.
Tom Oord / A Systematic Theology of Love
Q: What role does scripture play in your theology now?
Scripture remains important but must be interpreted through a Christological hermeneutic that centers on love and relationality rather than a timeless, absolutist reading.
Wm. Paul Young, Martijn van Tilborgh & Matt Seifert / The Sacred Undoing
Q: Did Jesus have to die?
The panelists discuss that Jesus died in the broader salvific plan, emphasizing that his death and the surrounding events reveal how love overcomes death and reconciles humanity, rather than framing it as a simple necessity for punishment.
