This podcast comes at health from such a great wholistic angle. Sande gives excellent information that is evidence-based. I will keep listening because I want to take every action I can for brain and overall health. I want to be and feel my healthiest so I can be there for my family and also achieve my goals.
I listen to this podcast, even though the information is sometimes hard to hear (hello, the alcohol episode!) because her science/research based information gives me what in need to undergird the lifestyle changes I’m working on.
