I super love this show!!! I have been listening to a lot of shows and books about ADHD and it has been so helpful to find people talking about their own experiences. Hearing the official definitions is a good start but getting specific examples really helps connect the dots. Listening to this I feel less crazy and alone… I also do a lot of laughing and groaning in turns.
