Many hosts want yo make s positive change in people’s lives. I’m sure of it. The problem is how ever, many times I don’t believe the hosts believe in what they are saying. “Fake it before you make it” seems wildly out of place when you trying to convince people to believe in themselves when it’s not clear the host believes. Joe is different. It is very clear Joe believes what he is saying. He walks the walk and makes it easier, for me anyways, to take what he says and learn from it.
As a mental health clinician, I’m pleasantly surprised this is accurate and enjoyable lol it opens convos but also teaches you too
I loved the episode about interested vs committed. Such a simple but powerful point. And a question we’re all need to answer. Great podcast. Keep up the good work.
