Of course I’m going to review my own show with five stars. I made the show, I know how much work went into it. It’s totally a five star podcast.
Seriously though, this new format has found it’s own shape and I’m very happy with it, and hope to keep the show moving forward in the years to come. Would love to have more listeners join me for it!
A wonderful podcast to get you thinking differently when it comes to photography. Listening to this podcast hit a few points in my photography and my comfort zone at the moment. It makes me feel eager to get back behind the camera and try some different things to improve my skills.
Loved the “Why Competitions Suck” as a starter! Made a lot of valid points!
Competitions! I have avoided them a lot without really confirming in my mind why? I just had some disquiet about it. This podcast had made me think more about this. Was it because they did not get “the score” I expected. Am I not just competitive? I had not fully realised the positives that can be achieved from the process. I think I need to think it out again. This has helped do it.
Competitions have been a subject of discussion for many years. I have only been a member of a camera club for a couple of years, but have witnessed and lived through disappointment because of a score on my images. For a period of time I even stopped entering competitions because of the fear of dissapointment. If like me you feel that way you should listen to this podcast, it puts it in perspective.
