  • Instant Listen

Whenever I see an episode pop up in my feed I instantly listen to it. They’re so relatable that I often find myself talking at my phone- I feel like I’m hanging with some friends. Like Disney even a little? Must listen.

  • Keeps me laughing

Great pod. The constant sarcasm and often brutally honest reviews and reporting has me laughing out loud.

Two things you’re missing out on. 1. Emily should be on all episodes. And 2. You need to make a Reedy Geeks tee shirt “ Skyliner, the 6th best ride.”

    Keep it up.

  • Finally a balanced Disney podcast

I like that some of these guys go to Disney world very often, while others are on the lighter side of the equation (once every year or two). It provides a nice balance of fandom vs optimistic skeptics. The end result is something that is loving but critical of the weaknesses. Yet, every week I listen their podcast makes me want to go fly down!

The Geeks Spotlight the Adventurer's Club with Len Testa from Touring Plans, and The Disney Dish
Q: What made the Adventurer's Club so unique compared to other Disney experiences?
It fused authentic, globally sourced artifacts with improvisational theater, inviting guests to become part of the show rather than mere spectators, and it used a multi-room, open-house format to create a living, evolving narrative that depended on audience participation.
The Geeks Spotlight the Great Muppet Movie Ride with Carly Caramanna
Q: Was there a specific fate that doomed the Great Muppet Movie Ride?
Licensing complications and Jim Henson's death in 1990 caused the merger to collapse, preventing the Muppets from officially joining Disney for many years and leaving only Muppet Vision 3D as a later collaboration.
The Geeks Dive into Data with Becky Gandillon, Author of The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World
Q: How did you learn that data analysis fits into Disney World and theme parks?
