Reductio is one of the most well-produced, interesting philosophy pods in the game. Host Andrew Lavin's got a prof-level philosophy brain but, instead of giving lectures, he makes episodes as narrative and listenable as Freakonomics Radio or Malcolm Gladwell's Revisionist History.
As a philosophy undergrad that listens to many different podcasts, this is my favorite! I get so excited every time a new episode is released. Super digestible for newcomers and advanced philosophers alike!
High quality philosophy with high quality audio - stimulating and intellectual while also accessible and funny. Dr Lavin delivers insightful content about philosophical traditions and modern dilemmas alike.
This is a highly produced and organized podcast that brings up interesting topic in philosophy that are not often discussed.
Dr. Lavin provides us with a very well composed podcast that is an abundant source of thoughts and concepts that really peak my interest and that’s exactly what I look for in a good podcast. It causes me to question/test my own ideas, further rounding my ever-evolving stone of knowledge. Something I really really appreciate.
