I love how open they are about a generally taboo subject of sex addiction or porn addiction. I find it tremendously helpful from the betrayal point of view, as well as the tools provided for the betrayed partner and the addict. Going through this right now, it's a guiding light in a huge uncertain storm for me.
I stumbled on to this podcast in my “suggestions” and the first title I saw was about accepting your body. Post betrayal and post menopause, that’s a big struggle in my life and I figured it was a sign. I listened and was not disappointed! Heading back now to hear more!

I recently caught my husband this week. I’ve been grieving my life and I couldn’t put into words what I was feeling and going through. When Kylene gave her story I just cried because it’s almost exactly what I went through. I feel a little more hopeful that there might be a chance. Thank you for sharing your story.
I feel like you were standing in the room for every step of my husband’s infidelity disclosure. The lying, the partial truth coming out, hiding, secrecy. The betrayal trauma is so real. Mentally and physically. You reacted the exact same way to your husband that, it’s nice to know that these are normal behaviors and completely expected. I thought I was losing my mind.
