Lauren is such a strong role model but also gets into those spaces she was insecure with. It’s amazing inspiration and motivation I never knew I needed. Thanks!
I love the information and positive nature of the podcast! I have learned about mobility training by watching their videos and am more flexible and in less pain after workouts now. Thank you for putting fitness into perspective and including everyone in your philosophy! It helps us newer to fitness folks have the motivation and encouragement to continue!

Reasonably Fit is a breath of fresh air in an industry dominated by trends, aesthetics & marketing hype. The hosts are delightful and their content and insight have been a source of consistent encouragement and education in my fitness journey. I would especially recommend this podcast to any parents out there who are attempting to juggle taking care of their children and taking care of their bodies.
