REAL FEELS is a show asking men to break the bro code and re-think what they have been taught about how to be a man. Hosted by Brad Gage - a recovering cynic and dude who is re-thinking his own toxic masculinity - the show talks about how to approach who we are and who we want to be with growth, empathy, and humor.

Thanks for not just being someone I think of as a positive example of a man, but perhaps (?) a ‘shepherd' (for lack..) with the docu-essays in particular, regardless of whether or not we’ll see a complete evolution or revolution within our species, as far as the tension between men and women - in our lifetime. You invite all men to challenge the ideas of what it means to be a “man” traditionally, to challenge themselves, and illustrate VERY WELL the persistent monster of the problem necessitatin... more
Thank you so much for being such a wonderful podcast that provides understanding and promotes positive communications between individuals.
A phenomenal example of how vulnerability, honesty and self awareness leads to discovery, empowerment, and emotional/mental wealth.
Brad is a wonderful and genuine host. I love that the focus of this podcast is the things we think and ponder but rarely share with others. It’s refreshingly honest and it cultivates good in this world. Can’t wait to see how the podcast grows with time!
Brad does a great job in facilitating a conversation that is thoughtful and genuine. He provides a comfortable environment for guests to open up and shed a lot of their "public personas". I also enjoy the references to some iconic spiritual teachers like Ram Dass, Alan Watts, and Eckhart Tolle. Do yourself a favor and give it a listen!
