To start, I think Jeff has some great points and should really be the star of this to give it a chance. Richard comes across inauthentic and provides cookie cutter advice you can find anywhere on Google. It feels like Richard just talks at his audience, not great.
Jeff and Richard do a phenomenal job of sharing insights in leadership in every aspect of life. I love how their personalities come alive and their personal experiences are relatable.
I’ve been looking for a podcast like this for quite some time. So excited to learn from your experience and learn how to lead.
