These mental health podcasts address a need for help but they lack any direction to or suggestions to getting help from licensed professionals. If this and other podcasts would stick to apa ethics they'd point/guide those in need to licensed individuals. Life coaches and advice is not a substitution for actual help. I think this could be a great opening for this podcast to pivot to getting licensed help and conversations much like psychologist off the clock or psych tips.

Sammie’s podcast always touches home with me. So much that I have been through, going through and feel Sammie explains perfectly and always gives you tips to build on yourself. She lifts you up. She is real. She is beautiful. Defo recommend listening if you’re struggling with positivity and anxiety.
