Just wanted to note that it seems like they've listened and moved the ads to the start of the episode. If there are still ads in the middle, I haven't heard them.
Otherwise, great variety and quality of sounds. I listen almost every night now.
Helps me go to sleep and wake up before it ends so idk if the people are lying about the ads otherwise amazing.
I like was not sleeping good at all with other podcasts so I tried this and it helped me sleep so much better… I totes recommend
This is a perfectly excellent podcast: Ads at the very beginning and a description of the sound experience you’re getting from each episode. I can’t believe that people are complaining about the sounds or the ads. It’s free and it’s going on for hours and hours, folks! Fantastically simple and relaxing.
I have used this podcast for several years. It has gotten me through many sleepless nights and my go to for relaxation. 💕However, there’s a few changes that are needed. 1. Please, change the ads. This is supposed to be calming. Your audience is looking for that. Once relaxed, an ad LOUDLY blasts you out of your mind. Kinda defeats the purpose.
