I like to he show but I feel like cowboy time is dead and you shouldn’t have revived it.
I love it because I wouldn’t get to sleep without it . So funny ! I ❤️Greg James
This podcast has been a boon since we international listeners were cut off from BBC Sounds (grr), making it impossible to listen live — but the pod does lack the dynamism of the live show, and has too little Calum in it. That said, I love how much we get to hear from the producers (especially Tom and Susanna). Can they make a Matt and Mollie podcast now? I miss them.
This show is really good. And I think a great energy guest would be ishowspeed.
I had a slight breakdown after not being able to download some eps & thought it was a conspiracy to keep him from us in Australia.
I’ve been listening from the start coz Greg always brings laughter and fun to my day. From animal news, ask the nation and what’s my length again he’s a joy to listen to & keeps me informed & connected to my Motherland.
DON’T EVER LEAVE AGAIN PLEASE! 🫶🏻🤭

A high-energy morning staple built around banter, live stunts, audience participation, and frequent guest appearances. Episodes weave rapid-fire games, prize giveaways for major events, on-site reporting from Sunderland and Keele Square, and informal interviews with musicians, actors, and public figures. The mix combines music, pop culture chatter, and listener call-ins to create a playful, communal energy that travels with regional ties to the Northeast and a broader national reach through flagship guests and surprise performances. A standout is the recurring live interaction with fans and on-location bits that drive engagement and shareable moments for social and promotional use.
