  • Amazing

One of the best podcasts ever. I'm literally shocked that this podcast has so few ratings. I love the interviewer, the topics, the guests, and even the music. Just a great experience overall. Hoping more episodes will follow. Another greeting from the Netherlands.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#7 - Death Row Reverend | All My Friends Are Executed
Q: Why do you believe that the death penalty isn’t a form of justice?
The execution of a murderer isn't all that different from the execution of a baby. They are both completely helpless.
#7 - Death Row Reverend | All My Friends Are Executed
Q: Has your family met any of the people who you've been spiritual guides for, or are there boundaries around you?
Yeah, they talked on the phone. I want our kids to know there is a common humanity.
#7 - Death Row Reverend | All My Friends Are Executed
Q: How do you begin the conversation about their past and start to build trust with them?
When someone's entire life is centered on something that they did, it always naturally comes up. My response is always, when you murder someone, you don't get to get tired of apologizing.
#7 - Death Row Reverend | All My Friends Are Executed
Q: How long have you been doing this specific type of work with Death Row inmates?
I've been working with guys on Death Row for over a decade, but only in the last couple of years have I gone into the execution chamber and been with guys while they're executed.
#9 - Sex Offenders | What Makes a Monster?
Q: What do you feel is important for the listeners to know about you?
Zach wants listeners to understand that he engages in treatment and works daily to ensure he does not repeat past behaviors, emphasizing that perversions don't take over a person completely.
