Adam Scott Aukerman squeak out an ep on Springo's nineteenth studio album, Western Stars—an album heavily influenced by 1970s SoCal pop music. But first, the Scotts gab about novelizations of movies, complimentary restaurant chips, and weird beards.

I came here to try to listen to their R.E.M. podcast, and I really tried, but after the first two episodes I couldn’t continue.
I really enjoy Adam Scott, but not when combined with Scott.

Stop babbling and get on with it. Don’t waste your time with the drivel
I'm not a fan of REM or U2, but I am a fan of Comedy Bang Bang and Scott Aukerman. I'm not sure why I thought this show would be a serious retrospective of these musicians and their albums? Thankfully it is not. It's just a hilarious vehicle for silliness. Chef's kiss!
I’ve been listening for 10 years and I never plan to stop. Please keep finding artists to cover, Scott + Scott! We LOVE YOU
Tuned in to one episode to give the podcast a shot. Discussing the topic didn’t start until 35 minutes in. Prior to that I got plenty of name-droppy goodness about being on a network comedy and appearing on late night talk shows. This is why I prefer podcasts made by everyday people.
