  • Great podcast for those interested in how successful people think

I came across this as a recommendation from a friend. I am always reading (well listening to) self help and professional development books but eventually they get monotonous. This podcast is a great source for the same info in a more digestible form. Hard to believe this is Ashley's (the host) first podcast. Everytime I see a new episode in my feed immediate listen. I recommend you do the same

Q: What makes your in-person sampling effective and what are the pitfalls?
Focus on flawless logistics, staff reliability, and ensuring the consumer experience is positive from first touch to tasting; bad sampling experiences can ruin perception and waste budget, so the brief, staffing, and follow-up must be tightly managed.

Q: How do you evaluate creative and decide what to push to the board?
Trust the process and the team you trust; data-backed creative decisions are essential, and while edgy ideas may be uncomfortable for boards, presenting a solid business case helps win support. If the data supports it, push the bold concept; otherwise revert to tested approaches.
