I have been looking for a podcast or discussions that bring queerness and ifs directly together because they have felt sooo connected in my own experience but there is a lack of discussion around it. I am honestly shocked at the lack of overlap that I can find online between these two topics so I am excited to watch this podcast grow, thank you!
After recently finding myself interested in IFS, and being a huge fan of mental health podcasts, I was eager to give this a listen. I almost submitted this review after the first episode, but waited until I had listened to all of the currently available episodes (of which there are five) to give this a proper review.

Two IFS therapists explore how queerness, neurodiversity, and marginalized identities intersect with Internal Family Systems, aiming to make IFS more accessible and relevant to diverse clients. Episodes frequently center accessibility, pronouns, neurodivergent affirmation, and culturally aware practice, often blending personal lived experience with professional insight. Noteworthy is the explicit commitment to anti-oppressive therapy, open conversations about gender and neurodiversity, and practical trainings and workshops that translate theory into safer, more inclusive therapeutic spaces.
