They lost me when I found out some of the information they were sharing was incorrect. Their audio quality has also somehow gotten worse over the years? Used to love this podcast, but now know this is not a dependable way to get historical information.
First, and most importantly the show is knowledable, second only to knowledge they are funny AF! Never a dull listen and such exotic and charismatic women they choose!
So many of my husband’s family are subjects and I am loving being able to re listen and re learn about them and follow along on the family tree! So amazing.
I love this podcast. It has gotten me so interested in history in a fun way that’s not a boring lecture. HOWEVER, the sound of their laughter (especially Nathan’s) has literally hurt my ears before both in my AirPods and when listening in my car. I find that I have to turn up the volume because their sound quality is so bad, and then I am assaulted by these extremely loud cackles and it genuinely hurts my ears!
