2020年10月26日NCC舉辦了中天新聞台換照聽證會，邀請中天新聞台及關係企業、證人、7名鑑定人到場對中天新聞台換照一事陳述意見，給予評價。前一次換照，中天新聞台在NCC的輕放下，以「附加附款」的方式續命。而顯然未落實當時附款，甚至後來表現荒腔走板、成為人民口中「紅媒」的中天新聞台，於本次換照時自然備受檢驗，本集快速帶來10/26中天電視台換照聽證會的重點解析，希望關心這個議題的朋友一起來了解。

本集真軍來聊聊黃國昌的餐會被錄音事件與時代力量的退黨風波，這件事情延燒數日，已經大大打擊黃國昌個人的人設以及時代力量的士氣，2017年真軍曾經投書過一篇文章－高呼民主卻無法做到「黨內民主」的時代力量，大意是任何的政治團體如果被緊緊地握在少數人手上，終究會變質成為個人意志貫徹的工具。時代力量作為「新世代政黨」，若無法有效的運行民主機制，權力實質上又緊緊握於少數人手中，那麼結果只會讓這個政黨變得更加集中、更加集權。
