張小雯《牽手之聲網路電台-CanCheers》 ｜節目名稱：和你分享愛｜ 這是我這輩子第二次做廣播節目，第一次是在台灣之聲廣播電台做音樂節目，介紹拉丁音樂，以播放音樂為主，談話的部分很少。這次牽手之聲的節目就很不同，節目內容以分享為主，所以命名為「和你分享愛」。 音樂的療癒：由我自彈自唱，或是播放我喜愛的，陪伴我一起成長的歌曲。 食物的療癒：分享我的第二專業，如何作出有情感的有愛的料理，滿足自己及家人的味蕾。 大自然的療癒：分享我的健行筆記，分享走進大自然裏聽到的、聞到的、看到的及感受到的美。 練功的療癒：是分享我的練功日記和能量場解讀故事，前者是我每日必修的功課，包括身體的心理的覺察，與大我的對話，療癒身心的創傷印記，解開種種對生命的疑惑。後者是運用自我覺察及自我療癒的能力，幫忙他人掃描、解讀、清理及更新能量場。 在節目裡，我希望大家可以和我一起放下頭腦，只需要聆聽與感受，在節目裡，愛才是... more
