  • Easy Listening About Heavy Music

Evan and Nina bring their favorite punk records of the week and talk about them, playing samples of the bands as well. They both have really pleasant voices (look, it matters!) and I could listen to them talk about “angular” music all day. Highly recommend!! There’s a lot of really great music coming out!

see/saw radio 70: the sleaze
Q: What was the start of the band like and what sparked the first show?
The band started during high school years, with a push to bring in a bass player, and they began rehearsing in a garage/room space, driven by a mix of friendship and a need for a louder, faster sound; the first show emerged from a blend of impulsive energy and then-being-persuaded by friends to perform.
