Good points, topics, and analogies but flow and public speaking needs a bit of improvement, find that some things were a bit redundant and some long breaks of silence. Looking forward to more content though !
I appreciate the topics being discussed and their POV. However, the 2 hosts are not great at public speaking. Sounds as if they are second guess their own words. So many sentences start with "I think..." and conclude with "...you know?". A million UMMs and a thousand "right, yeah" Its really off putting.
Thank you for your really good and clear summation of complex PTSD.
Having just been diagnosed, and awaiting funding application to begin trauma work, this episode was comforting to me. Thank you!
