  • Is it worth listening to?

Yes, I can definitely say that this is not only an interesting podcast talking about all things in the brain, whether it’s mental health or ways to improve your mind. But it does also have a fun and engaging spin and not just facts, these two combine well and create a fantastic podcast. Highly recommend especially since the host Jasmine B. MacDonald is great at keeping the podcast fresh but familiar at the same time. In other words this is a great podcast that is worth your time.
