I find it helpful to listen while I’m in bed before I go to sleep
As I endure a difficult season of anxiety, this podcast is truly a gift. I was waking all hours of the night with my heart beating in my throat & my mind would race with thoughts. I put this podcast on at a barely audible volume before I go to sleep so I can awaken to the truth of God found in the Psalms & be lulled back to sleep! This podcast is a Godsend.
The quiet truth of this podcast is so life giving. Even the intro and outro music is life giving! I send it to all my friends. For sleep, or just daily encouragement, you will be so encouraged by the content of this podcast.
