I love falling asleep to this podcast. Sometimes I struggle with anxiety at night and tend to worry about what the next day will bring. Listening to the Psalms brings me so much peace. Very thankful for this podcast!
These two ladies speak truth into life’s dark moments. One can slow down, breathe deeply and rest comfortably while absorbing what scripture has to say about our emotions and the thoughts that sometimes run away with us. They turn our attention back to God and the ways He carries us through difficulty. Rest your head on your pillow, or pull up a chair and listen in; you will be glad you did.
