  • Julie Hogan knows customer service!

Julie Hogan's knowledge drop on Stagnate, upgrade, or die was self-affirming. As a person, that has been in retail and e-commerce she hit all the strong points in ticketing. Being able to individualize ticketing and setting benchmarks to improve service and customer care is something that needs to be consistently talked about.

  • Building a great place!

Patty McCord perspective on culture was really refreshing to hear. I've always been curious about culture, but always thought it was so elusive. If others want to adopt the idea of what culture actually is and help build a great place tune now.
