  • Thank you

Thank you so much for hosting Elena Gross! My request if you’re willing to experiment is please find ways to get your word in without slowing down your guest’s flow mid phrase because it’s challenging to take in her message and expression with the interruptions. Oral history interview guidance is that normal conversation cadence is sub-optimal to create an audio document of story and information. With gratitude…

  • Great Advice and content but poor quality recording.

The Sam and Aseem episode was so interesting but at times I couldn’t hear it properly because of it echoing and sounding like you were recording it in a cupboard. I really love the content, advice and the overall message but I just had to mention about the recording quality.

"Let There Be Light!”
Q: How do heat and near-infrared light therapies interact at the cellular level?
Heat triggers heat shock proteins and deep cellular detox, while near-infrared light enhances mitochondrial energy production and nitric oxide signaling, leading to improved blood flow and cellular repair; together they yield synergistic benefits for overall health.

Q: What is the elevator pitch for the benefits of sauna and photobiomodulation?
Sauna reduces overall mortality risk and dementia risk by improving cellular detox, energy production, and brain resilience through heat and light therapies, which together support broader health spans and immune function.
GLP's are taking the world by storm but how safe and how effective are they?
Q: What can be done to improve education and support around GLP-1 use?
Develop an ecosystem of evidence-based guidance, signposted support, and resources that empower patients and clinicians, clarify body composition over BMI, and provide practical plans for stopping and managing rebound weight.
GLP's are taking the world by storm but how safe and how effective are they?
Q: What is your current thinking about GLP-1 therapies and their use?
The guest acknowledges the potential benefits for certain patients but stresses cautious use, professional supervision, and a holistic approach that includes nutrition, exercise, and long-term planning to mitigate side effects and ensure sustainable health outcomes.
“What should we eat? Nutrition Lessons from 2m Years of Human Evolution“
Q: What does it mean to eat a species-appropriate diet, and how does that guide recommendations to clients?
He frames a species-appropriate diet as aligned with ancestral eating patterns, focusing on adequate protein and fat, limiting reliance on high-carb, plant-heavy diets, and considering individual context, microbiome, and lifestyle. He argues that addressing foundational issues yields broad health improvements and cautions against overemphasizing minor interventions.
