I am a podcast junkie. They have all started to sound the same and no matter what I was stuck in every aspect of my life. Then one day a fellow crazy appeared on my tiktok and my soul said “this is the breath of fresh air you need.” If you are finally at the place where you are ready for action, listen to this podcast.
I barely made it through listening to 30 minutes of an hour+ long episode due to the heavy swearing in the content. A lot of F bombs and GD.. I found it distasteful. I also felt like there were a a lot of side stories/ tangents that were unnecessary for the point. If you don’t like scattered information laced with curse words then this is not the podcast for you.
Listen!! Just listen. She’s so honest and genuine and hilarious. Body response + finance + confronting self imposed limits- all
