A really fun and easy to listen to podcast! It’s introduced me to several fascinating historical individuals I’d have never heard of otherwise. Also introduced me to the word hippodrome, which is now one of my favorite words :-)
Love learning about all forms of wrestling
This is a great podcast. Nick and Chongo do a great deep dive in the history of Pro Wrestling. If you are a Pro Wrestling, MMA or even a history fan. Do yourself a favor and sit back and listen to an episode you will really enjoy it.
I think the format and premise is good. I’ve been looking for something like this. However, it took all of ten minutes for the main host to make a “clever” political quip about modern day politics and it makes me think that there will be more grandstanding to come. I probably should have been tipped off by his voice that sounds like something far removed from the voice of someone supposedly involved with the wrestling business. If you don’t mind that stuff, you should stick with it. I’ll just go... more

But I tried getting through 2 episodes, and I gotta say, why is everyone trying their hardest to be the “funny one” of the show, just stop please stop. Two stars just being nice :\
