I love Kate’s unique perspective on faith and how we can come into existence as our authentic selves. As someone who grew up Christian and had to un-learn many things as an adult, Kate feels like a trusted guide for a journey I’ll probably be taking for the rest of my life. A great listen for anyone wanting to meet their authentic spiritual self.
Kate’s insight is always grounding and a balm to frayed nerves. She makes you think about your place on Earth, without overwhelming your nervous system. She is empowering us to just BE. It’s refreshing.
I love that Kate provides guidance and advice for those of us that are searching for a spiritual connection to self and community outside of traditional church. I always feel more grounded, connected, and healed in some way after a podcast or video listen, a group class, or an individual session with Kate. Her approach allows for (what feels to me like) “dabbling” in different modalities and taking on as much or as little as life allows. There’s never any judgement, just pure love. ❤️
Such an important deep dive into the simplicity and complexity of our world, our spirits, and our shared humanity
Just discovered Kate Fontana and can’t wait for more! Her insights and teachings are wise, fresh and real - unlike so many “experts” who just repeat the same old advice these days. Love how she brings in earth elements and spirituality to real world issues.
