  • Sooooo uplifting

This podcast is everything. Each episode is filled with little nuggets that inspire and get me excited about what’s possible. I love hearing all of Hina’s personal and client stories that put the messages into context. I usually listen while driving (and do my gratitude practice out loud) and find myself nodding, smiling and just getting more excited about life!

  • It’s the Real Life Stories

I love how Hina uses real life stories to illustrate how we let ourselves tell stories subconsciously, which are often times doing more damage than good to our mindset. I like the questions she asks to contemplate. I like the music in the background by Freq. podcast too. Thank you for the short and sweet episodes.

  • The podcast worth listening to

Hina’s messages are thought provoking and powerful. If you want to change your mindset, and impact your potential, let this woman into you life! The podcast is short, leaves you wanting more, but I’ve come to realize, it’s short because it’s what you need to get started. Her actionable tips, like writing your mantras, are impactful change in my routine!

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Things Were Working… And Then You Stopped
Q: How can I release old childhood beliefs that limit my success?
Replace entrenched judgments with forgiveness statements, create new empowering truths, and build an identity blueprint that embodies the desired success. Practicing praxis—aligning daily behavior with new beliefs—helps these changes become automatic over time.
Things Were Working… And Then You Stopped
Q: When I'm making a big decision, I can't tell if the voice I'm hearing is intuition or just fear. How do I know the difference in the moment?
Intuition feels expansive and light, while fear feels contracting and heavy. Notice how you felt during the initial impulse, distinguish the moment of clarity from subsequent fear, and practice recognizing your intuitive nudges in real situations.
Things Were Working… And Then You Stopped
Q: Why does it feel like every time I start doing well, I pull back?
This typically signals an internal upper-limit or set-point; momentum shifts trigger a subconscious mechanism to revert to a familiar level. The fix is to identify and raise the underlying beliefs and self-image, then consistently act to change the internal thermostat.
You Can Have Your Excuses — Or the Life You Want
Q: How do I stop expecting the worst and actually enjoy my life?
Reframe by internalizing that everything happens for your growth, recognize wins to cultivate abundance, and shift from fear-driven anticipation to present-mense awareness so you can act with intention.
Lessons from a Thriving 30-year Marriage
Q: How have your individual money stories shaped your approach as a couple?
We've navigated shifts in who earns and how wealth is created, with a focus on supporting each other's growth and keeping money in perspective as a tool to enable life experiences rather than a sole motivator.
