Found this show looking for critiques of The Resident because it’s one of the dumbest shows I’ve ever seen. I don’t work in medicine but even I know it takes more than 8 people to run a hospital and they’re always busy operating on/treating each other which seems sketchy at best… loved the eps that showed the stuff I can’t understand is stupid too.

Having been a nurse for 30 years, I have learned to enjoy the quirky MD sense of humor. This podcast allows me to still enjoy that peculiar humor without having to clock in and I usually learn something too.
Like the hosts of this podcast, I’m an emergency physician. The first episode that I listened to was the review of the show “The Resident” pilot episode and I couldn’t stop laughing. I’ll confess that I’m a huge medical history nerd and this podcast is both fascinating and hysterically funny.
