Your magazine and podcast is wonderful but the giggling, tee-here’s and titters really interfere with the content. Please invest in a voice coach! It is really frustrating to listen to this.
Ready, Set Knit and Kelly Petkun on Knitpicks are examples of what can be achieved when you are more articulate.
I am a Pom Pom fan
I want to love these podcasts
There is so much talent and knowledge
You are witty and articulate
But…. The giggling aghhhh please listen back to yourselves
Lydia, I think it’s you mostly
You giggle after everything you say
I tried counting but after 33 giggles within 10 minutes I gave up!!
I understand nervous laughing but perhaps you could think of your listeners ears!!
I will persevere, I want to support your work
I like this podcast. The hosts have a lot of potential to be humorous and informative.. I’m a knitter and a lot of thing were touched upon that I found interesting. However it would have been good to get more information/explanation about those things.. Overall I enjoy the laid back vibe of the podcast and I like that the hosts don’t take it super seriously. But if we could get some more in depth information in there, that would be useful!
I am so disappointed in these podcasts
Nervous rambling conversations and irritating giggles all the bloody time
Sort it out, grow up and let’s have some proper interviews and intelligent and engaging conversation
Used to be a regular podcast but it seems to be just a special treat when they can be bothered now. Never mind, it’s a bit London centric and even though they were called out for that in an episode they seemed to think that was ok as they live in London... how does that view work with your claims to be inclusive PomPom?
