Bryan and Dav give a nice overview of the episode. They don’t pick apart each element put give enough detail and bring up good points. They’ve been reviewing for years so they have a good handle on how the seasons and theories flow together. I’ve been listening for years and this is my first review. They are definitely worth a listen.
Bryan needs to learn how to pronounce Aram.
I listen to your recap of the Blacklist every week for the last 5 years. I like the commentary and points you make. Your podcast makes the show more enjoyable for me. I usually watch the episode and listen to you guys and then watch the episode again to pick up on more Easter eggs I may have missed. Thank you, I love you guys 🤗❤️
Good pod cast that’s to the point. Really appreciate the fact this seems to be one of the few if the only podcast you can listen to on Apple that doesn’t find a way to interject politics and the host personal views of politics! Many podcasters can learn from these guys when most people come to entertainment or sports pods we don’t care nor do we want to hear your politics! Keep up the solid work guys!
There is much to recommend this podcast. Dav and Bryan are concise and on-point--no in-jokes between the hosts, weather reports or bloating banter. They stay focused on the review and discussion of the episode at hand and get it done it around 30 minutes. Refreshingly, they are not fanboys of the show; if they find an aspect of the story dumb or character behavior inconsistent, they will point it out, along with praising what they do like. .More TV show-related podcasts should be like this on... more
There are more popular Blacklist podcasts out there. Longer ones. Highly produced, etc. There are podcasts rife with unemployed radio people trying to sound like “morning zoo” crews. So, this is the one I subscribe to. Coming out with a day or two of the latest Blacklist episode, the hosts provide interesting recaps, insights and commentary that adds to my knowledge and enjoyment of the show and calls BS on the writers when necessary. What more can you ask?
Listen to the other Blacklist podcasts and you’ll find a reoccurring theme. The hosts forget simple facts. They muse about whether Lizzy knows she’s adopted or if why Liz thinks Gina Zanetakos might be Tom’s lover.
Not these guys. The podcast isn’t a job for them. They actually love the show, pay attention to the plot and don’t waste time musing about questions that have been clearly answered by the show.
Listen to this podcast, you won’t regret it.
You guys are great. Highly enjoyable podcast. Glad you don't do a full recap or go in linear fashion - we saw the episode, let's talk about what's interesting. Down with Twilight!
I am glad I found this one. I listen to (almost) every podcast about the shows I get hooked on. Some Podcasts are just going to be more looked forward to than others. For me. I'm Really Enjoying this one Very Much. And I appreciate the Work. Lots of Fun. Thanks.
A great podcast I like the short and to the point format of the show with some great reviews of the newest episodes of The Blacklist. Thoughtful discussion without all of the annoying fluff you usually get in podcasts.
Fantastic podcast!
