Pod Meets World's Will Friedle & Rider Strong were sitcom stars 30 years ago. The concept of reality TV is honestly pretty foreign to them. But when their best friend Danielle Fishel competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2025, the boys committed to watching their first TV dance competition, and quickly became addicted. And undeniable experts. That is, if you ask them.

I love Will and Rider together, Dancing with the Stars was great and their commentary on the Traitors was great but I don’t watch Survivor and don’t have that channel.
Love that you’re watching Survivor season 50, but I think some Survivor research is much needed. There are little mistakes that are understandable such as Coach’s first season wasn’t the one where he had his tribe praying. But, the biggest mistake was defining the new era. The new era starts with season 41 when production was able to start up with the pandemic. Jeff has a famous quote that’s like “drop the 4, keep the 1.” They had more time to think about season 41, so they made some more drasti... more
I watch DWTS and Traitors, so this has been one of my favorite pods for a while. Chad Kultgen’s podcasts are some of my other favorites, so I absolutely loved and enjoyed the intersection this week. Looking forward to Survivor!
I’m recommending this to everyone I know! Who knew I wanted to hear Rider and Will talk reality tv? But now I seriously cannot get enough! From DWTS to traitors. The boys are killing it. It’s a perfect commentary. I will follow them to any reality show they watch. It’s my favorite podcast!
This is the perfect podcast when I’m folding clothes, cleaning, cooking dinner, etc. I love hearing their opinions on Dancing with the Stars and The Traitors. It’s relevant, fun, and a nice break from reality!
