Ich bin mit 58 den ersten gelaufen, 4 mal pro Woche zum Schluss drei Läufe über 35 km. Alles langsam, hat geklappt. 40-50 km/ pro Woche wäre schon gut. Vorbereitung ein halbes Jahr Trainingszeit. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass das alles etwas dünn bei Dir ist. Ich drücke die Daumen. Das wird schon. In Deinem Alter hilft auch Mut zur Lücke😊😊😊
