really good podcast if you wanna hear about webcomics. every episode has a unique perspective.
Really enjoyed the latest episode with Jjo Lee. Listening to the interview, you really get a sense of what these creators have to go through (family disagreements, tapping back into childhood trauma, quitting jobs without safety nets etc) to make these projects come to life (in her case, a whole universe come to life)
In many ways, Jjo’s personal story drive is as captivating as any of the four Mayhem singers. Can’t wait for the next episode drop!
Love the mission of this podcast. I’ve been just reading some webcomics for some time but only recently started to learn more about the creators themselves. Episode 1 of Pixels & Panels was super insightful and, while sometimes podcasts have me zoning out, this one kept my attention! It was awesome to learn more about a creators beginning and the process of actually making a webcomic.
Looking forward to more interviews in the future!
