Har længe svoret til metakognitiv terapi og været fan af Pia, men jeg skulle aldrig have lyttet til Podcasten (den med Anita). Pia har en ‘det forstår du da godt’-jargon og hvis ikke Anita forstår eller føler det hun “bør”, så virker Pia uforstående og tager ordet i munden på hende. Hvilket resulterer i at Anita flere gange bare siger det, der forventes af hende. Pias bøger er stadig rigtig gode men denne oplevelse, ligger desværre lagret i mit more

Det virker, som om Callesen “haster” igennem spørgsmålene for at nå en effekt. På mig virker det en smule stressende. Savner at høre mere om, HVORDAN man skal lade tanker være, blot at lade dem være (ved tankens kraft?), efterlader mange spørgsmål, fx at kroppen kan være en god ven, når man skal give slip. Anbefaler andre at se nærmere på metoden Somatic experiencing, hvis man ikke kun er interesseret i tanker.

Rigtig godt koncept! og jeg har læst hendes bog og en del om Metakognitiv terapi flere steder, da jeg forstår fremgangsmåden rigtig godt, synes hej det er ærgeligt , at høre Pia stille ledende spørgsmål, føler ikke patienterne /klienterne får tilstrækkelig mulighed for at ræssonnere selv... ellers fint og lærerigt.
