I’ve been a devoted follower of Jeffrey Pfeffer’s work for years, having read all his books and listened to every single podcast, including his insightful discussion on the “7 Rules of Power.” Though I haven’t had the opportunity to attend his Stanford class yet—a dream I hope to fulfill one day—his teachings have profoundly impacted my understanding of power dynamics in both professional and personal settings.

  • Pfeffer is batting 1000 with these guests

Every single guest has provided at least some information that help me to understand what I can do to use power to do things like get out of my own way, dress to impress, ask or you won't get something, get noiced, and so much more. I bought Pfeffer's audio book, "7 Rules of Power" to better understand how his guests use this great information. I just wish Pfeffer himself read the book. His passion and expertise run rampant through every episode.
