I am so thankful to God for this ministry, ‘permission to pause’. I started listening almost 2 years ago just after the birth of my 4th baby in lockdown.
This ministry has given me the space I needed to pause and ‘get quiet’ with Jesus in the midst of my busy life as a mum.
Thank you Pat, I will forever be thankful!

Your permission to take time for Jesus - I love this…our permission that it’s ok to take a few minutes from our busy days and spend time on the most important relationship we have, with Jesus!

Across recent episodes, themes include Christmas devotionals based on Luke, guided quiet time kits, free audio versions of devotionals, and practical prompts for pausing amid hustle to reconnect with God. A distinctive element is the recurring use of structured 25-day Christmas devotionals and additional resources (audio versions and quiet time kits) that encourage daily reflection and spiritual steadiness during busy seasons. This combination of bite-sized spiritual practices and practical resources makes it especially appealing to Christian women balancing family, faith, and daily responsibilities, with ... more
