A great podcast that can benefit anyone in any stage of their lives. In the spirit of full disclosure, I was lucky to hike and summit Mount Kilimanjaro with Janelle back in 2015. I saw firsthand her warmth, her strength of character and her energy. I was so lucky to have her on the trek. Now I get to enjoy her knowledg... more

  • Enjoyable & fascinating

I love listening to Andrea & Janelle. As they share their self growth and experiences, they are heartfelt, fascinating, and just enjoyable to listen to. Some of the topics were mildly surprising to me (I can handle it all!!) but I can also relate to much. Tracking, external processing are just a couple of my new terms I have picked up from the podcast. As Andrea says, “I love external processing.” I guess that’s what this podcast is and why I like it! I will be eagerly awaiting more episodes!
