  • Trapeze bush

As a child, I once witnessed a female trapeze artist who couldn’t perform with pants. Great patch.

I am a huge fan of the Bitter Buddha for at least 2 decades. Eddie is a true under appreciated genius and Eddie has a vital message to us - now is the best time of our sorry lives, because Apocalypse (is coming) Soon.

  • SO VERY SAD!!

Wow, Eddie P. has been radicalized- He has turned into a major Jew hater, that’s all he talks about in his ig page. Shocking how someone so well read decides to not read anything about history and takes out his hatred (of his mom?) in such inappropriate ways

  • Eddie!

If you haven’t seen what Eddie looks like yet, don’t do it! Remember what men looked like in their 50’s back in the 70’s, after smoking, eating and drinking themselves into the human embodiment of an opossum that was killed by a drunk hunter’s wet fart to the face? I love Eddie, but I really feel bad for his co-host. How horrible must his home life be that he would choose to sit in the gales of spit and fumes of Eddie’s last desperate gasps of relevance!

Frequently Asked Questions About Apocalypse Soon

What is Apocalypse Soon about and what kind of topics does it cover?

The show blends improvised comedy, satirical riffs, and late-night banter with a heavy emphasis on stand-up storytelling, pop culture dissection, and chaotic park-side sketches. Across episodes, topics swing from backstage life in the comedy world and crowd-work to current events, politics, internet culture, and absurd bits featuring running gags (like park squirrels) and unexpected guests. A recurring strength is the loose, high-energy format that leans into spontaneity, candid humor, and fearless social commentary, often guided by two seasoned comedians who riff off each other and invite guests for rapid-fire Q&A, bits, and improvisation.
