I don't really do meditation myself, but I think there is something to find a kind of something calm in your life, which I try to operate on a personal basis.

Q: Is there a time for mental and physical well-being?
Not enough. Of course, I have my music director contracts, which I have to do, and then it comes to guest conducting, which takes more and more time, leaving less for myself.
