Hooked after the first episode. It was quickly clear Dr. Potter offers a deeper level of insight and explanation that other podcasts don’t cover.
It’s been two years of researching on my own (books, diets, podcasts, Ai, etc) and advocating for myself with doctors. Making changes and finding wins (like consistent periods) when the scale is still slow-moving and my husband and I are still trying to conceive. This podcast is exactly what I needed to feel like I have someone in my corner while I wo... more
Each episode is just another infomercial for her classes, consultations, and practice. She gives no advice or help what so ever and just continues to tell you more reasons you can only go to her. Garbage, not a podcast. I've never seen someone market something as a podcast and had it just be advertisement.
Dr. Potter's podcast is a wealth of information for anyone that is struggling with PCOS or is curious to learn more about PCOS and fertility issues. She shares the information in a straightforward and easy way to understand. I highly recommend this podcast if you are struggling with PCOS and getting pregnant.

This program centers on PCOS fertility through a systems-first approach that goes beyond standard lab results. Topics frequently discussed include hormonal balance, egg quality, metabolic signaling, gut-immune interactions, and practical pathways to conceive—sometimes via natural means or with medical interventions. A distinctive focus is building a “biological safety” environment, using labs, diet, and mindset as levers to restore ovulation and pregnancy potential. Listeners may appreciate science-backed frameworks, actionable steps, and patient-centered storytelling that emphasizes long-term fertility architecture over quick fixes.
