I love Action network and the Buckets podcast, and that led me here. The guys sound like they are reading a script and falling asleep while doing it. I get almost no incremental value compared to just using the site. They don’t explain the reason why they’ll bet “down to a number” or even do a case study once per show. It’s very high level and directional.
My comment isn’t directed at every guy, because I don’t know who is who.
The Host said to post something. So… cookies!
In all seriousness I appreciate Action Network putting these podcasts on as they help with my research for DFS and Sports Betting. Keep up the great work!
Excellent must listen-to podcast. Always late interesting information and discussion. Sometimes a bit too much “expected” analytics. I can walk into a bar expecting to meet a beautiful 36C blonde. But when I stumble home alone 2 a.m., my expectation is meaningless!
Love the pod and the articles. Every episode I leave feeling just a little smarter and more confident in my plays for the day. Definitely my go to for baseball plays and the guys are awesome.

Notable strengths include a strong emphasis on model-backed edges, actionable picks, and cross-publisher analytics, making it a go-to for listeners seeking disciplined, numbers-forward betting perspectives. The format tends to be concise episodes that balance projections with practical bets, while occasionally spotlighting advanced metrics and new tools for bettors.
